VMUN is proud to offer considerable financial aid for both delegate and school fees, in the form of fee waivers. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com for any questions regarding financial aid. Please note that indicating the potential for financial aid on the school registration form is NOT considered submitting an official fee waiver request. Due to overwhelming demand, Financial Aid may be unavailable after the closing of regular registration. After regular registration closes, Financial Aid is no longer guaranteed. All financial will only be approved by following the instructions below:
Delegates should be prepared to send two (2) documents to request financial aid:
1. A letter outlining your motivation for attending VMUN as well as your need for financial aid.
2. A signed letter from a teacher or administrator at your school commenting on your need.
Once completed, please attach both documents to an email and send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will generally hear back within one week. Please do not submit a registration before you receive a response, as this response will include special instructions regarding how to register.
